RESERVATION POLICY

Payment: The total price of the reservation will be charged in full on the day of booking. The price charged will include taxes. 

Sales Tax: The total for taxes and fees is 14% and is added to the room rate before payment.

Check-in: Guests must be at least 21 years of age to check-in. Photo identification and the credit card of the person which the reservation was made under are required.

Late Arrival Arrangements: If you will be arriving after hours please contact the front office at

(575)378-4427 for after hour instructions.

Pet Policy: Pinecliff Village allows dogs. Restrictions include a weight limit of 40 pounds and a maximum of 2 dogs. Fees are $10 a day per dog.

Additional Rules: Damages to unit furnishings, amenities, supplies, and linens or items missing from room are subject to additional fees upon assessment following your departure.

 

Cancellation Policy: Cancel without penalty with at least 3-days advance notice prior to arrival. NO REFUND when you cancel with less than 3-days notice.
